Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA across this site.
What works today
- Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link.
- Colour contrast checked against AA guidelines.
- Reduced-motion preferences are respected — animations switch off automatically if your device asks for it.
- Visible focus states on every interactive element.
- Semantic, properly nested headings throughout.
Known limitations
- The 3D globe on the homepage is decorative and marked
aria-hidden— it carries no information that is not also available as text elsewhere on the page. - Some legal documents are still pending final review and may not yet be in their clearest final form.
